A modern new extension to the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich recently opened its doors. Inside Out collaborated with the National Maritime Museum on the new Sammy Ofer Wing producing stunning results.

This new extension gives the museum a new entrance from Greenwich Park, a vast shop, a temporary exhibition gallery, a brassiere, and a museum café.

Inside Out contracts were enlisted to provide furniture for the exterior seating areas. The in house designer at Inside Out provided 3D drawings and space planning for the entire exterior area, mapping out the space for both furniture and exterior parasols that were provided. Inside Out supplied the National Maritime Museum with the gastro seating, Timber deck 2 chairs and tables, as well as made and upholstered blue cushions to spec, in order to a create a likeness to the sea. Exterior parasols were provided, with canopies in cream in order to resemble sails of a boat.

Inside Out delivered and installed all the furniture, and the finished result is a timelessly elegant exterior space.
